Proposals are central to the operations of the DAO, and it's important to keep in mind that the scope of any proposal you may propose can vary greatly.

Regardless, the process is the same for them all:

1. Just contact an Advisory Board Member to start an RFC, come up with some open questions for the RFC, and discuss with the community! We will help you create the channel according to our standards, and kick start a discussion.

2. People will be there to let you know their candid thoughts, and after the discussion naturally expands you can decide whether to adjust the initial proposal, or ask some more questions and see if anyone in the DAO feels strongly one way or another.

3. At the end of the RFC, there is a vote to proceed. Depending on that, the proposal will continue with adjustments, or be posted on-chain using Tribeca.

4. Once in Tribeca, the proposal is voted on by the entire DAO over the course of 3 days. This is the vote which decides whether the proposal passes.

DAO Structure and Logistics

Propose we use/build new tooling

Maybe you got the skills to build something, and you can make a good argument for why we should build that thing. Want to integrate Tribeca into our website? Want to help us create a Realms plugin? Found a way to further decentralize or secure the DAO? Want to help us create a real time user dashboard? Want to manage a project white-labeling some software? Are you white-label providers yourself? Pitch to us with a clearly feasible plan from idea to execution, and we can work to make it happen.

Suggest a new top-down organizational model

Maybe you think we need something beyond just an Advisory Council, or maybe you want to see a change in how the Advisory Council is elected, or both. Want to create a sub-dao? Anything is possible as long as you have a well thought out argument that the DAO agrees with.

Anything that requires compensation

Did you pay for our RPC node? Did you pay for our Twitter premium? Our website domain? Did you make the

Propose DAO entry into a new game

Found a web3 game on Solana with rental systems, profit opportunities, or genuine fun? Propose we take part in that game, and explain to us exactly how it would work.

Propose changes to current game strategies

Do you not agree with the way we're managing our stable? Do you hate our Star Atlas strategy? Make your voice heard.

DeFi

Propose DAO entry into a new DeFi protocol

Found a reputable protocol that could benefit the DAO? Found a protocol with a governance system worth participating in? Share your ideas!

Propose changes to our current DeFi strategies

Think we should reduce our risk? Increase it? Let it be known, but only if you have a well thought out argument and strategy. The DAO will decide what to do.
