Organizational Structure

We've been around for a while, and we've come to a point where the DAO doesn't need an overly complex organizational structure to operate. This has led to somewhat passive participation in discussions at times in the past, because of the overload of information. The current model aims to simplify that and serve as a clean slate to build from. Our previous model included a committee system which has since merged into one simplified body. This body is subject to change based on DAO proposals.

The DAO currently consists of an Advisory Board and General Members:

Advisory Board

The advisory board is the group of community members which the project was handed to after DAO creation. It consists of the core operators of the DAO's internal systems and security measures - as well as trusted leaders from across the community.

the board has access to edit the website, documentation, admin access in discord, and is made up of trusted community members that manage key decisions. In the future they will potentially receive some kind on ongoing compensation for those who manage crucial parts of the DAO (TBD by DAO).

General Members

Being a gaming-oriented DAO, members have access to a suite of utilities within a wide variety of play-to-earn ecosystems such as Star Atlas and Photo Finish Live.

Members have the ability to rent assets from the DAO, breed with DAO-owned horses, collaborate with DAO on creative content, participate in community events, and earn rewards for their engagement within the DAO ecosystem.
